pay for college

I have in mind  planning to work for a college scholarship that would benefit bout my parents and me. Base on the federal grant it covers my choice of going to Lehman College and a couple others but it does not cover every  college I am researching. I am currently looking at going to a Suny college, which is more expensive than Cuny schools.
